This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made on the BLUSONARY website.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship worldwide.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 2–7 business days

  • International: 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination

  • package weight

  • shipping method

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above certain order thresholds.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • import duties

  • local taxes

  • customs fees

are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by BLUSONARY.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed, and shipping costs may not be refundable.

6. TRACKING

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

If you do not receive it within a few days, please contact us.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery)

  • include photos for damaged items

We will investigate with the courier and provide a suitable solution.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right:

  1. Email us at iconico5.0srl@pec.it

  2. Return the product within 14 days of notification

9. RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be:

  • unused and unworn

  • in original packaging

  • with all tags attached

  • in the same condition received

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

10. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover return costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

11. REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting the return:

  • refunds are issued within 14 days

  • processed to the original payment method

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.

  • items without original tags
